DIY Pedicure With Kitchen Ingredients At Home

We often tend to forget to take care of our feet. In our busy routines we keep neglecting feet health and we understand that going to a salon and booking appointment is another big tasks in our busy lives. Fret not, because here we bring you the DIY Pedicure tips with easily available kitchen ingredients.

Soaking

To relax your feet, soaking is the most important part. Clean your feet and toe nails and then soak your feet in hot water tub. Add your choice of fragrance to relax and along with it add three simple available ingredients from your kitchen.

  1. lemon juice
  2. honey
  3. almond oil

Scrubbing

Second step of pedicure is to remove dry and dead skin, for that you need to scrub and exfoliate your feet. Take some oat bran with lemon juice to scrub. To remove pigmentation from your nails you can rub lemon pieces.

Moisturizing

Your pedicure is incomplete without a good moisturiser. After scrubbing, wipe your feet and massage with almond oil and coconut oil. You can apply some milk on your cracked heels as well. It will soften them and relieve the pain.

Salt therapy

Was it a tough day at work? If you want to refresh your feet fatigue then dip your feet in warm water with some kitchen salt. This will instantly relief your feet and rejuvenate you.

Add on: Rose bath
Pedicure is about curing your feet entirely. So, to cure your pain and to heal the muscle tension you can have a rose bath. Dip your feet in milk, add rose petals and little bit of turmeric powder. Turmeric has natural healing powers. This Rose bath will revive your supple soft feet.
