Ayurvedic solution for cold and cough – KOFOL

The changing weather is indeed beautiful but it increases the risk of falling sick in many individuals. The humid and damp weather brings so many uninvited diseases such as cold cough and allergies. The damp weather make the mucous membranes of nose dry and hence it lowers down the defence against bacterias and germs present in the atmosphere. In this pandemic it is more important to take care of yourself and keep your immunity strong.

Kofol is an Ayurvedic and herbal care range by Charak which helps soothing throat and nasal congestions. Charak is leader in Ayurveda for almost 74 years as their products are 100% natural. I recently got my hands on the Kofol chewable tablets that claims to relieve throat and soothe inflammation as it is anti-inflammatory in nature and gives cooling effect to heal the sore throat. These are sugar free tablets and safe for diabetic patients and also for kids. The second product is Kofol gargle which is for relieving pain and discomfort in throat. It doesn’t have any bitter taste, it has very minty taste to and there’s no need to dilute. Affected person can gargle with 10-15ml and expel after 30 seconds. This process can be repeated 3-4 times a day to relieve coughing. Kofol syrup is also another beneficial product for the cold and cough exposed patients.
