Winters usually dampen your skin glow and you tend to get dry flakes and rashes. We have come up with an easy solution to your winter skin problems. Catch Now has easy to make and apply 5 winter packs to revive your skin glow with kitchen ingredients.
1. Coffee Powder + milk + honey – Glowing and happy skin
Take half spoon of coffee powder and make a fine paste using milk and honey. Apply it all over your face and wash it after 10-15 minutes. You can apply this face pack thrice a week.
2. Aloe Vera Gel + Cucumber juice + honey – Cleansing and refreshing
For dampen or uneven skin, cucumber juice is very good. Cucumber has a lot of skin and health benefits as it has vitamins A, B1 and c and potassium. Drinking cucumber juice can do wonders to your skin, take one spoon from your drink and mix it with Aloe vera gel and honey. I have used Indus valley aloe vera gel here, you can use any. Moreover, honey is the best ingredient for cleansing your face. Most people have replaced their face washes with honey. So, go on and try this wonderful face pack and see the results.
3. Sugar Scrub – Exfoliate
There are a lot of scrubs but nothing is better than sugar scrub. Sugar is the best exfoliator for face and lips but don’t use big granules. Opt for small granules and mix it with essential oil and face oil. You can use olive oil, almond oil or coconut oil. I have used Rey naturals Tea tree oil 2-3 drops.
4. Banana – Moisturise
Banana gives me a very annoying feeling. I am not at all a banana lover but the amazing qualities it has are amazing for skin and health. just mash a piece of banana and apply it over your face and wash after 5 to 15 min if you can keep it that long because I couldn’t. It is excellent for dry skin. You can apply this all 5 times a week if you have really dry and flaky skin.
5. Besan + Turmeric + curd – Ultimate glow
This works wonderfully on my skin and I am sure you will love it too. Just go to your kitchen and pour some gram flour(besan) in a bowl. Gram flour is an amazing tan removal agent, you can apply this every day for wonderful glowing skin. I generally add curd but in winters you can add milk and a pinch of turmeric as turmeric has a lot of healing properties and is good for acne prone areas.
You are going to love these but you don’t have to forget to comment and let me know about your experiences.
