The first and one of the most important meals of the day, breakfast is something none of us should skip. I honestly get up early in the morning just to have a good hearty healthy breakfast and today let me tell you a few of my personal favorite, quick and super healthy breakfast options.
A full power breakfast option, it is easy to make and is absolutely delicious. It has protein from yogurt, carbs from granola and loads of vitamins from fruits and honey, and it just takes 5 minutes to make it.
GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES
Pancakes are a pretty healthy option and filling too if made by tweaking a few ingredients here and there. Using multigrain or even if whole grain flour instead of self raising flour and substituting white sugar to either palm sugar or honey will make this dish energy packed in no time.
The traditional Indian breakfast, it is just a bowl full of goodness and yumminess. Add your favourite vegetables to Poha to make it more interesting, tasty and healthy.
